🌍 Shipping Overview

We currently ship both domestically and internationally. As part of our sustainability efforts, all products are shipped directly from our primary manufacturing hub to reduce environmental impact and avoid unnecessary emissions.

While this helps minimize our carbon footprint, it may result in slightly longer delivery times.

⏱ Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are subject to a 1–3 business day processing window before shipment.

Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Domestic 🇺🇸: 7–30 business days

  • International 🌐: 12–35 business days

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

    Delivered within 10–20 business days once processed.

🚨 Shipping Disclaimers

  1. Changes to Your Order
    Orders cannot be modified once shipped — this includes address changes, item swaps, or shipping methods.

  2. Verify Your Shipping Address
    Please confirm your address before checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  3. Lost or Stolen Packages
    Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact your local post office and file a claim with the carrier.

  4. Delivered But Not Received
    If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we cannot issue a refund. Please check with your local postal carrier.

  5. Tracking Numbers
    Tracking will be sent via email and may take up to 48 hours to activate once your package ships.

  6. Return Shipping Costs
    Return labels are available for all eligible returns, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  7. Fulfillment Locations
    Orders may ship from either our U.S. warehouse or international facility depending on current stock.

  8. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable
    Since we do not mark up shipping, original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🔄 30-Day Return Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original, unworn condition. Start a return by contacting us at support@aidclub.org with your order number.
